If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to the PC Manufacturer within 30 days of the date of original invoice for a refund less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. An RMA number is required for all returned items. You can obtain an RMA number by emailing us at PC-ShopMart RMA-->. To receive refund product must be received back within 30 days of the invoice date.

PC Manufacturer Return Procedure

To request warranty service, customer must email or call Technical Support within the warranty period. Have your invoice available when calling. If warranty service is required, the PC Manufacturer will issue a RMA Number. The customer must ship the products back to the PC Manufacturer in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. With your return include copy of your invoice and your correct shipping information. During the 1st year of your warranty the PC Manufacturer will ship the repaired or replacement products to customer at our cost. The PC Manufacturer is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use UPS, FedEx or USPS. UPS or FedEx Ground is typically the cheapest. You will need to write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

The PC Manufacturer shall, at its own expense and option, either repair or replace defective products during the warranty period. The Manufacturer reserves the right to replace defective merchandise with different brand merchandise during the warranty period if a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, the PC Manufacturer reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent item or offer an upgrade option. Any abuse, misuse, modification, or attempted modification of the product shall void this warranty. During the second and third years of the 3 years limited system warranty customer will need to pay for the return shipping and a deductible fee of $55 will be assessed. All data will need to be backed up before returning your system for repair or replacement.

PC Manufacturer Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Any software included in or relating to the Products has been supplied by the manufacturer. The PC Manufacturer makes no representation or warranty with respect thereto and shall have no liability in connection therewith. Customer is solely responsible for complying with the other manufacturer's or other requirements with regard to proprietary and similar rights in and to such software (including any requirement to enter into a separate license agreement and prohibitions against duplicating and/or disclosing the same) and shall indemnify the PC Manufacturer against and hold it harmless from any and all liability, cost or expense arising from a breach or purported breach of such requirements.

Unless otherwise noted, products sold by the PC Manufacturer on PC-ShopMART are covered by our 3 year limited warranty. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 3 year limited warranty period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in our full Return Policy. The PC Manufacturer makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site. The PC Manufacturer expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to the PC Manufacturer arising from any product sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered.
