Delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. However, the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground within 48 hours of order placement.

Please note: Oversize items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and territories, or APO/FPO addresses. There are no exceptions. They can be shipped within the Continental U.S. only.

All warranties are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. All issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers.

A 20% restocking fee is required for any merchandise returned to the manufacturer for any reason "within" the first 30 days after the date the merchandise has been ordered. However, no restocking fees are required for defective merchandise returns. Any returns beyond the 30 days will not be refunded in any way and you will have to pay the shipping cost for us to return it to you. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable.

PC-ShopMART and its distributors/suppliers reserve the right to restrict shipments to within the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. All orders must be placed with a residential ship to address. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed. Any orders with with shipping addresses outside the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii will not be processed.
